महादेव बेटिंग ऐप केस काफी लंबे समय से सुर्खियों में रहा है और इस मामले में कई सेलेब्स का नाम भी सामने आया था। इस केस में ‘स्टाइल’ फिल्म में काम कर चुके एक्टर साहिल खान का नाम भी जुड़ा था जिसके बाद उनके खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की गई थी। वहीं अब हाल ही में इस मामले को लेकर खबर सामने आई है कि आज साहिल खान मुंबई पुलिस के सामने अपना बयान दर्ज कराएंगे।
दरअसल, दिसंबर 2023 को मुंबई साइबर सेल की विशेष जांच टीम (एसआईटी) ने साहिल और तीन अन्य को समन जारी किया था। उन्हें दिसंबर में एसआईटी के सामने पेश होने का निर्देश दिया गया था। हालांकि, उस दौरान तीनों में से कोई भी पुलिस की पूछताछ के लिए नहीं पहुंचे थे। लेकिन अब हाल ही में ऐसी खबरें सामने आ रही है आज एक्टर अपना बयान दर्ज करवाने के लिए पुलिस के सामने पेश होंगे।
बता दें कि एक्टर साहिल खान पर खिलाड़ी नाम के बेटिंग ऐप चलाने को लेकर केस दर्ज किया गया था। इससे पहले ऑनलाइन बेटिंग ऐप की दुबई की एक पार्टी के वीडियो में साहिल खान दिखाई दिए थे। इन सबूतों के आधार पर साहिल खान पर IPC की धारा 420,467,468,471,120(B) और जुआ एक्ट, IT एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया था। यानी कि साहिल खान पर सिर्फ प्रमोशन का आरोप नहीं था बल्कि ऐप को ऑपरेट कर मोटा मुनाफा कमाने का आरोप भी था। अब देखने वाली बात होगी कि आज उनके पुलिस के सामने बयान दर्ज करवाने के बाद उनके खिलाफ क्या एक्शन लिया जाता है।
